Update to PON certification under MTCTE

TEC has exempted or will allow Self Declaration of Conformity for following three parameters for PON :

1. Protocol Test for any PON Interface is exempted until 31 of December 2023. 
2. Self-Declaration of Conformity is accepted for Automatic Laser Shut Down (ALS) or Automatic Power Shut Down (APSD). 
3. In-house test report from OEM or test report by NABL accredited Lab will be accepted for Energy Consumption Rating (ECR) as per TEC Standard.
