On Nov 22, 2023, ARCOTEL approved new regulation reforms to grant operations for Telecommunication and Radio Frequency spectrum services. These will apply once published by the public records office and are based on the principles of transparency, objectivity and fair trade in the public process of approvals for radio frequency broadband available.
