CCC to be Required for "Information Security Products"

The China National Certification and Accreditation Administration (CNCA), the regulator that oversees the CCC scheme, announced that CCC will be required for a list of 13 categories of "information security products." The list includes products such as firewalls, IDS and secure routers.

At this time no further information is available on the detailed requirements or implementation.
